That answer is simple..Voter ID laws hinder election voting FRAUD, without which the Democrats are in deep doo-doo.
Consider the times the RATS don’t care about the requiring of plain ID’s and PHOTO ID’s.
Cashing a check/ paying for groceries by check/ showing you’re old enough to have a beer/ taking our a library book/picking up a prescription/ showing the nice cop it is legal to be driving/renting a car/ anything with an age restriction/ paying by check at Wal-Mart or any other big-box store anywhere, and many more.
The democrats think is is proper to prove youself to buy $12.50 worth at the supermarket and pay by check, but against all DECENCY(?) to have to prove you VOTE is legal.
There is no question as to their motivation.
