Wednesday night during NBC's Commander-in-Chief national security forum, former Secretary of State and Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton was repeatedly put on the defensive over her use of multiple private email servers and her compromising of U.S. national security.
During the forum a Navy Veteran, who held a top secret compartmentalized security clearance during his service, explained to Clinton that if he had transmitted classified information in the way she did multiple times on a private system, he would have been prosecuted and imprisoned. Clearly irritated, Clinton responded by again lying about transmitting marked classified information and lectured the veteran about how classified information works.

She obviously wasn’t paying attention when she was told that—as a Senate-confirmed presidential appointee, and SecState- she was an Original Classification Authority. Thus, she had the authority to classify—or declassify—anything she saw, heard, or said.
She totally abused that authority. She should be under indictment right now, not gathering millions of bucks for her “foundation.”

Q: How do you know Hilliary is lying?

What I can’t believe is nobody has taken her to task for:
1) She was the top classification authority at State. That means she was responsible for recognizing classifiable information on sight and MAKING SURE IT WAS MARKED!
2) The markings on classified material are not what makes it classified. Sufficiently sensitive material is inherently classified and must be protected as such.
3) Some of the material was TS/SCI and was definitely marked as such when generated. Who removed the markings and sent that information to Hilliary? That action was clearly criminal, and I’m quite sure Hilliary was complicit.

No, it has been established multiple times that she was offered a .gov email account, encouraged to get a .gov email account, begged to get a .gov email account and she never did.
Hillary didn’t take the protocols and penalties of the statutes on classified materials very seriously when she instructed one of her aides to scrub off the headers and warning labels of a sensitive file and send it to her via an unauthorized un-secure fax or email.
This instruction was found in one of the deleted emails. It is a smoking gun email that shows intent to break the law which proscribes this type of copying or editing to disguise classified material so that it may be passed to or via unauthorized media or persons. Even Queen Hillary.
Since a lot of unauthorized classified materials showed up in her deleted emails without headers and proper labels, then it seems fairly certain that this was not a “one-time” action. Further, it is so illegal to do that scrubbing of classified materials that her staff ought to be prosecuted as well for following her illegal instructions. There is no requirement in the Federal statutes that there be ‘intent’ to commit espionage, despite the very faulty, politically motivated, arguments of FBI Director Comey or his bosses at the DOJ.
This is worthy of a RICO criminal conspiracy prosecution which would include Comey and Lynch in my opinion.
