National Baptist Convention organizers shrank the room by one-third after fewer people turned out than expected to hear Hillary Clinton.

Frank Morris, national correspondent for KCUR, tweeted a photo showing a worker moving walls to shrink the meeting room in Kansas City.

"Workers cutting down the room by a third with lower than expected turnout for (Clinton in Kansas City) speech," Morris reported.

If you look at the pics at the article, 2 points:

1) Virtually deserted. They could have reduced it by 2/3 and it would still be less than half full.

2) what's with all the people dressed in snow white in a group on the right hand side? Cult?

Why didn’t they schedule her in one of the bathrooms? It would be the appropriate place to handle what comes out of her mouth anyway ....

A pan of the room before they put up walls to cut it in half:

It’s starting to sound pathetic. I can almost feel sorry for her, in a way. Trump, as flawed as he might be, can draw crowds.

Maybe her health, not just her character, is driving people away. I wouldn’t be surprised if Johnson ends up usurping her base.

Hillary has no “following” in social media terms. Her biggest fans are also people who usually only associate with other progressives. The consequence of this is that she can’t spread her message beyond those who will already voter for her by default. She will spend hundreds of millions in ads to reach no one.

Sort of heartbreaking to see the black clergy fawning over her the way they did.

Marty: The last time Tap toured America, they where, uh, booked into 10,000 seat arenas, and 15,000 seat venues, and it seems that now, on their current tour they're being booked into 1,200 seat arenas, 1,500 seat arenas, and uh I was just wondering, does this mean uh...the popularity of the group is waning?

Ian: Oh, no, no, no, no, no, no...no, no, not at all. I, I, I just think that the.. uh.. their appeal is becoming more selective.

LOL

I stumbled into the Lode Theater in Houghton Michigan on a freezing cold winter night and sat in the back of the theater to stay warm just as Spinal Tap started.

Sat confused for a while until I realized it was a spoof.

Played in the only heavy metal band in town at the time.

My cousin's son is voting for her, but he is one of those effeminate hipster types. Also, people like my stepmother, who is sort of an aging hippie, or feminist types. I am starting to see all them as quaint -- out of date & out of touch with the real world. They should stick to making artisanal food -- something they're good at, where they can direct their creative energies.

Although ambivalent toward Trump, I am starting to feel something in the air - that the nation desperately needs a masculine presence. Trump, as quirky as he can be, has the gravitas and persona necessary for a leader. Hillary -- character & health aside -- is more of an administrator than a leader or motivator. Sort of a Tim Cook, rather than a Steve Jobs.

Yep good points. Only the most passionate progressives follow her. Every social media outlet I turn to she is outnumbered by enthusiastic Trump supporters. Turnout this election year for the Democrats is gonna kill em. I expect Trump wins and Republicans even pickup some surprise house and senate seats.
