What is with her neck. It looks like there is something molded to it.
She looks like she is wearing a prosthetic on her neck and you can see the difference in the skin texture on both sides leaving the center untouched.
That would explain the smoothness but the color is off.
Is there a plastic splint of some kind attached to her neck to keep her from bobbling??!!
