I would like to know if she even had an account on the State secure system. I am guessing not, from previous statements about her not having a State account.

I’d guess that State Department personnel assigned her an account, but whether SHE used it is another matter.

Hillary was offered, but turned down, a placement of a standalone pc for her office use for private email (This is the setup that Colin Powell had). Reason: she didn’t know how to “do email” or otherwise operate a pc. Hard to imagine someone that limited, lazy, and entitled using a secure system, that required logging in with serious passwords, pin numbers, etc.

At one point during the FBI “investigation” there was rumbling that Hillary was going to be caught having given her personal, for her only, secure system password to one or more of her minions. (The theory was that aides took classified material from Hillary’s secured account and retyped/sent them to her as emails to her private server account.) Neither the FBI not State Dept’s IG seem to have looked into that at all. Congressional Sherlocks neglected to ask Comey. I’d like to see this question pursued.

If Hillary used secure communications systems, why weren’t any turned over in response to the numerous subpoenas and court orders. She’s lying one way or the other.

This fact was established a long time ago...

Hillary Clinton Used Personal Email Account at State Dept., Possibly Breaking Rules MARCH 2, 2015 New York Times

WASHINGTON — Hillary Rodham Clinton exclusively used a personal email account to conduct government business as secretary of state, State Department officials said, and may have violated federal requirements that officials’ correspondence be retained as part of the agency’s record.

Mrs. Clinton did not have a government email address during her four-year tenure at the State Department. Her aides took no actions to have her personal emails preserved on department servers at the time, as required by the Federal Records Act.
