Wrong. He needs to kill Obamacare. Period. End of sentence. The penalties are neither here nor there in the scheme of socialist things. Kill the beast; don’t just trim its toenails to lessen its snarl.
Won’t people who have incurred the penalty in 2015 be forced to pay it April 15, 2016?
