All cash. The first installment was paid in pellets of Euros and Swiss francs. And nobody in congress apparently knew anything about it.

Has Paul Ryan said anything yet? He only seems to come out of hiding to bash Trump.

Here is what I heard...or read.

Iran and the U.S.A. do not have regular banking electronic payment/transfer capabilities.

Thus it needed to be cash.

I also heard/read..no U.S. bills.

Don't know the accuracy of the above..though.
