The Democrats don’t have to “find a way.” The road is wide open. They need merely to suborn a few ITs in a few strategic states. Voting machines output their data to central hubs that are out of the poll watchers’ eyes. Those hub machines all have adjustment programs on them whereby with a password (which the administrator, of course, has) the vote can be reapportioned- adjusted to anything desired, no hacking required. The Clintons involvement in the election suggests another method that could be employed. If two or three Trump designated Electors were to die in unexplainable one car accidents or suicides some others might take it as a threat and change their Electoral Votes. The Constitution does not say that they are bound to vote the way their states instructed them to vote and there is no Federal Law. If Clinton is the new President then any State laws would be moot.
