First, I don’t believe the Russians are doing anything. It is just the Dems yelling wolf (Russia) to justify taking over the election system rather than it being run by the states per the Constitution. Second, if the Russians are doing something, it is because Obama has been such a weak president and his total lack of international leadership has provided fertile ground for all kinds of international turmoil
