Former NSA officer John Schindler reports on a devastating fact NOT mentioned in the FBI’s investigation of Hillary Clinton conducting State Department business on an unsecure homebrew email server. From the Observer:
[Sidney] Blumenthal’s email read exactly like classified NSA reporting, as anybody acquainted with our SIGINT would immediately recognize. As one veteran agency official told me back in January, Blumenthal’s email was NSA information with “at least 90 percent confidence.”
Which was no coincidence, since an NSA investigation subsequently determined that Blumenthal’s Sudan assessment was derived from their reporting—in some cases verbatim. As I reported in March, NSA concluded that Blumenthal’s Sudan report came from four different agency SIGINT reports, all classified Top Secret/SCI. Then it got worse:
At least one of those reports was issued under the GAMMA compartment, which is an NSA handling caveat that is applied to extraordinarily sensitive information (for instance, decrypted conversations between top foreign leadership, as this was). GAMMA is properly viewed as a SIGINT Special Access Program, or SAP, several of which Clinton compromised in another series of her “unclassified” emails.
NSA had no doubt that Blumenthal somehow got his hands on some of their “crown jewels” information. “It’s word-for-word, verbatim copying,” an agency official of them explained. “In one case, an entire paragraph was lifted from an NSA report” that was classified Top Secret/SCI. To add to the mystery, Sid emailed Hillary his “personal” assessment on Sudan only hours after some of those classified NSA reports were issued.

Depends on the definition of “crime.”
The so-called 'FBI Investigation' was kabuki theater designed to provide cover for the FBI and hillary. The FBI had indeed conducted an investigation, but the results were a foregone conclusion from the start. It also provided Madam Hillary Benghazi with the ability to deny "any real wrong doing" and allow her to laugh her conduct off as "necessary to get the job done".
That's why from the very start she was so confident she would not be indicted. (Although she may have been apprehensive at the end, and had to call on Bubba to "meet with Loretta Lynch to discuss their grandchildren".)
Sid Vicious Blumenthal, a lying sniveling plagiarizing weasel stealing above Top Secret govt materials (through some accomplice as yet unnamed) and passing it off to Hillary as though he were some brilliant strategic foreign policy analyst.
That pathetic dumbkopf, who was the original Clinton attack dog against Monica Lewinsky (portraying her to journalists as an unhinged stalker with no real connection to Bill Clinton), needs to be prosecuted and also beaten to a pulp. Failing that, humiliate him publicly and make sure he is never allowed near public officials or offices again.
The late Tyler Drumheller, formerly of the CIA, was a close confidant of Sidney Blumenthal and provided him with extremely sensitive classified into. Drumheller may well have been Sid’s source for lots of material he wasn’t supposed to have.

Sid had his email account at AOL, AOL!!, so don’t those emails reside on the Aol servers, including the emails that he got from hrod?

Most likely he was getting it from someone on Hillary’s staff. Hummer or Cheryl Mills would be the best suspects.
