Why would anyone like or respect a guy who is pushing to collapse the world economy and start WW3?
Why would any one respect a guy who gave the US Senate the middle finger?
Obama knows as well as any one else a treaty must be ratified by the Senate to become land of the land.
This is something he can’t do with a stroke of the pen.
His climate change deal is a dead letter - but that happens to lame ducks.
