The LCR, First shot was so loud, I jumped a foot backwards, with earmuff and corks in the ears. 158 grain Felt like a hammer slapping my hand. So I have to try 110 and 90 grain on my next visit to the range.

Will practice the speed loader.

We have so many Iraqi and Syrians pouring into my county, we have to be ready. We are seeing full burqa Islamo Nazis when we shop. Nothing but a slit for the eyes. When applying for the CCW permit at the county courthouse, I had to wait in line.

I hope Trump wins and deports all of them.

158 grain .38 special is rough in snubbie. Stick with 132-125 grains or less in full metal jacket target loads. Great defense loading is Speer Gold Dot +p 135 grain hollow points. Some go old school and use 200-158 grain heavy wadcutters.

Often people get “action job” — buff and polish on internals for revolver to smooth out trigger pull.
