On Jan. 9, 2009, Hillary Clinton signed a letter pledging to stay out of Clinton Foundation business. In a document first disclosed by Judicial Watch, Clinton had promised State Department officials that she would keep to the “highest standards of ethical conduct” and “not participate” in foundation matters.
Yet she went behind the president’s back to keep a friend in the fold, then mixed the nation’s business with the interests of Blumenthal and her private foundation, giving government contracts to people like Joseph Wilson and pushing behind the scenes for EU elections. Hillary Clinton violated her own pledge and the government’s rules. “What difference does it make?” A big difference.

No question....Blumenthal was the conniving Clintons' bagman---promoting dubious foreign deals and schemes in which he had a financial interest.
Blumenthal was ambidextrous---emailing w/ one hand....his other hand firmly in the State Dept cookie jar.
In one confidential e-mail to Clinton, Blumenthal was clearly colluding w/ onetime Amb Joe Wilson to help himself to the cookie jar.
GAME ON Wilson pumped himself as a 'director' of Symbion Power---an outfit seeking millions of dollars in contracts from an obscure government agency chaired by Hillary....the Millennium Challenge Corp. (MCC)
In September 2010, Hillary's MCC awarded Symbion $47 million tax dollars for (cough) 'power projects in Tanzania.'
So how much of the $47 million tax dollars got to Tanzania....after the players divvied it up among Blumenthal, Wilson, the Clintons, Obama....
FREEPER ACTION PROJECT: Taxpayers demand the MCC books be opened. We demand to know the financial details and whether individuals connected to the State Dept were profiting at taxayers' expense.

Symbion, an electrical-power developer, had been “hugely successful” in Iraq and Afghanistan, Wilson wrote Clinton. More e-mails followed, including one the State Department later classified as containing “confidential” information. The November 2009 e-mail was sent by Wilson to Blumenthal, who passed it on to Clinton. Most of Clinton’s reply to Blumenthal is redacted as classified. In the e-mail, Wilson noted Symbion’s “competitive advantage,” saying he was “very enthusiastic” about the company. Wilson wrote that he was a “director of Symbion Power” and that he “may soon assume direct responsibility for all of Africa as Symbion expands there — claims the company later disputed when its relationship with Wilson fell apart in contentious litigation.
In an e-mail passed to Clinton by Blumenthal, Wilson pitched his new client, Symbion Power. Symbion was seeking millions of dollars in contracts from an obscure government agency chaired by the secretary of state, the Millennium Challenge Corp. I wonder what percentage managed to find its way into the Clinton Crime Foundation?
That is very true and should be repeated often I think.
We know that Comfy didn't press for prosecution because without a 'guarantee' Hillary would be found guilty or enough evidence to indict and make it stick,....he would be prosecuted for interfering with A Presidential Election......which would mean years imprisonment. Not just Comfy but 'anyone' who sticks their neck out.......so the real problem is getting enough witnesses and people willing to put their life on the line....and in Washington that's just never going to happen.
Though we don't want to accept it is quite true that politicians, power and money do indeed operate above the law........it's a realm all to itself and why it always takes years to "get them".....if ever.
