I suspect we will begin to see them roll out more and more “Slow Joe” appearances as they ramp up to slipping him in, right AFTER the Trump-Clinton debates. The net effect will be Biden will have skipped campaigning and debating for himself, and, as someone posted on another thread, be “Toracelli-ed” right in. We shall see.....
