Scientists might have accidentally made a huge step forward in the search for a cure for cancer Funny how so many great strides in the advancement of medicine have been made by accident.

The biggest questions are whether it'll work in the human body, and if the human body can tolerate the doses needed without developing side effects, Like the common current cancer therapies dont have side effects.
Chemo and radiation dont have nasty side effects?

I remember once I was in the middle of having a cold and it went on a hiatus while I was having the stomach flu.

So they were using polio to cure brain cancer if I remember right. Now they are using malaria. Interesting, but I remember they used too strong a dose during testing and killed someone. It is miraculous though.

What about Zika, hell, maybe it’s the cure? Bill Gates has unleashed the cure on us. Sorry, I’ve lost it, he he. Have a nice three day weekend everybody, I’m outta here for today ...

I recall an episode of one of those medical dramas - ER, Chicago Hope, I dunno, one of those - and the episode was about a guy who had AIDS, and they sought to “jump start” the immune system by exposing and infecting the guy with malaria.
I don’t think it worked out (I didn’t see the entire episode, as I got called away to something else), but I was rather astonished that they had that theme for the show.
Just thought it was interesting...
