When you have no choice in voting; well, then he is going to get huge margin wins. The GOP in Delaware continually puts up designated losers and then abandons them.
So Delaware is stuck with a do nothing and a self-avowed Marxist in the Senate and deaf mute in the House. Then again, that is true of almost all of Congress.
