Reminds me of Atlas Shrugged. They pass these laws to make everyone a criminal. You cannot control a law abiding citizen so you make laws that no one will obey and then guilt them into obedience.

Exactly right. The tax code is so complex, no one can understand it, and at the whim of the IRS, anyone can be held in non-compliance, a criminal. The EPA is another case in point. Their "regulations" are unconstitutional. These "regulations" carry the rule of law, but only the legislative branch, not the executive branch, can create laws. The bottom line is this: all these phony laws with their mellifluous sounding names--"The Affordable Care Act"--were never meant to be about what their names intentionally misrepresent, it was about CONTROL, nothing else. It was and is about making a subservient populace pay for the ruling class in Washington DC with no recourse. We need another American Revolution.
