FWIW TV station WAGT is in Augusta Georgia ,,, a city I would think is big enough to have separate transportation for grade school , middle school and high schoolers...

The video shows a South Carolina bus and the bus was carrying multiple ages because it was a rural district with few students. The perp had multiple prior incidents ... and is now charged with assault... but as this story started at infowars the moderators here may pull it..
Their influence on the USA is a negative one.

The school super that used the word “normal” actually meant to say that bullying incidents were common and out of control... Which leads to the question of who is responsible for maintaining order... seems self evident to me.
