Clinton sent classified material over email after leaving State Department
Fox News.com ^ | August 31, 2016

Hillary Clinton apparently kept sending classified information over her personal email after leaving the State Department, according to documents obtained by the Republican National Committee.

The file in question is a May 2013 email Clinton sent from her private account to State Department officials and aides discussing the “123 deal” with the United Arab Emirates.

Much of the message is redacted due to classified information. The markings list the material as “confidential” and say it can only be declassified in 2033.

The email was first reported by The New York Post.

Though the nature of the email exchange is unclear due to the redactions, the “123 deal” referred to a 2009 agreement with the UAE to share material and technology for nuclear energy.

As reported by the Post, the email came from Clinton’s hrod17@clintonemail.com account, and was sent to Deputy Secretary of State William Burns, State Department chief of staff Cheryl Mills, top Clinton aide Huma Abedin and others. It was sent months after Clinton left the department.

Assuming her security clearance lapsed the moment she left State this,if true, would seem to be a pretty serious crime.

How did she (as a private citizen) have access to this classified information?

She will still be sending classified information until the cows come home and NOTHING will be done about it UNTIL President Trump is in control. Then, perhaps we will see some action taken to “lock her up”.

We already know, beyond any shadow of a doubt, that Hillary is guilty of numerous felonies all regarding the handling of classified materials. She is not going to face any legal consequences for it. Comey made that clear.

Don’t get me wrong, I think it is imperative to keep a record of her crimes and keep publicizing them but any thought that the law will call her to account on them is a pipe dream. The government we have in place now is as lawless as she is.

How indeed? One of the reasons government employees aren't allowed to have their own private servers!

When dealing with classified material, one must always consider protecting the source. If its classified, it means it came from a source that is not meant to be exposed. In Hillary’s world, the only source she will protect is the money going into her bank account, I’m sure for that, she has her own classified categories. i.e. “Not to be Divulged” “Don’t tell anyone” “Keep Hidden” “If probed destroy” “Hide it somewhere else”

are any of the other networks covering this?

if not, the coverup is worse than the crime itself.

Yes, but no reasonable (Democrat) prosecutor would bring charges in such a case.

She stole it. One of her major crimes was keeping everything on her private server. If this didn’t leak out in 2015 she would have never turned anything over and/or purged her computer files. She isn’t very bright. Emails are kept by the parties on notice. Someone is always going to follow directions and archive them. Problem is the State Dept. has been hindering.
