I don't get it either. Mexico will make Trump Force 1 wait on the tarmac for an hour or so, then there is Mexico City traffic, and what the heck is Trump going to talk about? Control your Southern Border, President Nieto! Control your drug cartels!

Not really, it shows gather he can be a statesman - reaching out to an “adversary” to find a common ground.

What we really want from all this immigration talk is a secure border with no illegal immigration, deportation of criminals and the end to sanctuary cities. We have no reason to end legal immigration, and no means (or reason) to deport all illegals, regardless of their contribution.

Mexico should be able to live with this - after all, it’s what THEY expect regarding THEIR borders.

I’ve been critical of Trump, altho I will vote for him. This has the potential of being a great move. Good for him.
