The flouting of park rules stems from disbelief among visitors that they will get hurt, said Yellowstone Superintendent Dan Wenk. I cant tell you how many times I have to talk to people and say, Step back. Theres a dangerous animal, and they look at me like I have three heads, he said.Silly Park Rangers. People know the animals are really friendly. They even saw and heard them speaking in movies.

Silly Park Rangers. People know the animals are really friendly. They even saw and heard them speaking in movies. Then they'll find out that bears are interested in a lot more than just a little "pick-a-nick" basket.

That’s it precisely. Disneyfication of nature. Too many are completely divorced from reality- nature is what they see in Disney movies. Singing animals all getting along with each other, cuddly bears and lions and other animals being friends. It goes way back. Add in the we-are-all-one , animals are superior, ecology types and you have people bringing their kids to ‘meet’ Simba and Baloo. Ah well- I guess we can think of it as food delivery for the animals. No pity for morons like this.
