In the counter-spirit of the liberal delusion, how about a Bond villain action like knocking loose the 17 mile western flank of Cumbre Vieja at an opportune moment, to catch the east coast recovering from a night out?

The west coast might become jealous. In that case they could sponsor either a tsunami or a mega-earthquake, perhaps a twofer would be in the offering?

Then again, Murphy’s law would likely apply at that moment to Yellowstone, thus the center of the country wouldn’t feel deprived, being left out of the festivities on both coasts.
