That is why there is a desperate need in large areas of Chicago, to break out of the insane voting pattern that has enabled the worst elements to force their neighbors to live in fear; why a vote for Trump this November makes more sense than anything else.
I want Trump to win, and I'll live with him telling people what they want to hear to get their vote, but what actual policy change do you think Trump can implement that will improve the conditions of poor black people?
Is he going to tell those fathers to stop leaving the mothers and their children?
I suppose he means he's going to create jobs and spread prosperity, but that is *NOT* what is wrong with the Black Community.
The problems of the Black community are mostly moral and spiritual, and they won't get solved by more money.
