Somewhere between June and August Bloodworks NW of Seattle lowered their standards for who can give blood. I decided not to give anymore.
If a family member needs blood for a surgery, I will give, although now you can give a pint of your own blood before surgery. We are all O positive, so that is cool.
One time my first judge needed some blood. He knew I drank Scotch. He asked me to have an extra drink the night before I gave blood for him. LOL!
