Judge orders State Department to turn over new Benghazi emails by September 13.

A federal judge has ordered the State Department to turn over any and all emails and documents found by the FBI from Hillary Clinton's private server relating to the Benghazi terrorist attack of September 11, 2012.

The judge was responding to this August 23 revelation from the State Department.

"Using broad search terms, we have identified a number of documents potentially responsive to a Benghazi-related request," Elizabeth Trudeau, a State Department spokeswoman, said in a statement. "At this time, we have not confirmed that the documents are, in fact, responsive. We also have not determined if they involve Secretary Clinton."

Judicial Watch has done a very good job of getting the courts to require the release of Clinton emails. The Obama administration and the media have dishonestly fought this all the way.

Watching “Outnumbered” today, there was a fascinating exchange among the ladies about the down and dirty presidential campaign. They began tossing out the long list of charges being made by one camp about the other ending with the charge by Trump against Clinton for her unscrupulous and illegal tactics defending the rapist Taylor (his victim was 12 years old!) back in Arkansas in the 70s. Guest James Rosen tossed out a negative remark about it and professional leftist Democrat apologist Julie Roginsky objected. Rosen somewhat indignantly responded that “He was a child molester!” Roginsky, as is her custom, played dumb (well, actually, she doesn’t have to “play dumb”) and tossed back that “WELL, I DON’T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THAT!”.

As I watch Hillary in one of her controlled and infrequent NON-INTERVIEW type venues, I ask myself how in God’s name could ANY sentient, logical citizen vote for this manipulative and duplicitous criminal?

I’m a rather peaceful guy, but I keep thinking how I could easily support the new president negotiating with the current owners of what the French owners at the time called “Devil’s Island”, buying the place then PACKING ALL CLINTON VOTERS – EVEN THE DEAD ONES FROM CHICAGO – OFF TO SPEND THE REST OF THEIR LIVES GAZING AT THEIR (OR THEIR SAME SEX PARTNER’S) NAVELS AND THE SEA. We could air drop them in (parachutes optional).

And as obozo’s maladministration winds down and HIS criminality and TREASON come under scrutiny and become more visible, I’d add HIS supporters to the list!

WHY? Because, by their failure to grasp the most fundamental concepts under which this place was created, it is a certainty that they WILL DESTROY AMERICA – THE IDEA THE FOUNDERS’ AND OTHER PAID SUCH A DEAR PRICE TO ATTEMPT TO LEAVE US – and only the most Draconian methods will halt that destruction!
