If you are a Missouri resident you are stuck going to Mizzou if you want to save on tuition.
The 23% is still quite a statement. Wish it was more, but it is encouraging that some Whites will not allow themselves to be shamed.

My guess is that many of them are locked into the last two years in going there or possibly losing credits by transferring to a different university.

Perhaps they are the affirmative action and illegal alien students going on state-sponsored scholarships.

Its probably the only place that admitted them - that is, the bottom of the barrel type of student.
It would be interesting to find out the test scores and GPAs of the incoming class as compared to prior years.
