They'll respond just like they respond to the fact that it is self-evident that sexual dimorphism evolved because sex, the genetic exchange between Male and Female, increases the fitness of species; and the fact that what LGBTwhatever activists have selected isn’t sex, but the worship of themselves and the transhumanist/postgenderist abomination of Nature.

IOW, they'll respond by denying the facts... as usual.

But, as documented by the CDC, that denial won't prevent the due penalties Nature historically manifests in response to being abominated - from being manifested, as usual, either.
