How does an insane dictator exercises absolute control over a missile-carrying submarine?
Does NK have ELF capability?

May the next one head directly for Kim and blow him up or at least blow itself and the sub that tried to launch it.

I’m sure they have the equivalent of a KGB detachment on board, to keep everyone in line.

This dates back to april. I find it hard to believe. They can’t launch a rudimentary land based missile reliably yet. A SLBM presents infinitely more complex problems.

Hmm...
They have lied about this before.
A year ago they featured a photo of the alleged launch and that photo WAS TOTALLY RIDICULOUS.
Even a teenager would have been able to spot that it was a fake.

They cant launch a rudimentary land based missile reliably yet. A SLBM presents infinitely more complex problems. That is true, but sooner or later they are going to work these problems out. Another reason why the upcoming election is so important.
