And, of course, such explicit contracts don’t exist. Everything is done with a wink and a nod. No document will declare, for instance, that you can own 20% of the world’s uranium for a specific contribution.
Being a lifelong resident of The Gay State (Massachusetts) I'm as proud as a peacock to acknowledge that the last three Speakers of the Massachusetts House of Representatives (all Rats) have gone to Federal prison for selling "access".
And the current Mayor of Boston (a Rat and former union thug) is currently being investigated by the Feds.

They made the donations. They got the access. And, at some time in the near future, they got what they wanted. But that can’t be classified as a favor. Not if a Clinton was involved. They’ll go with “happy coincidence.”
