Was the man waving a weapon at the cop?
Was the man armed?
Did the man threaten the cop?
Was the man belligerent?
Was he high, drunk or otherwise?
Did the man charge after the cop?
Did the man take a swing at the cop?
Did the man go for the cops weapon?
No.
Exiting your vehicle, especially when you’re confused and not thinking straight is no grounds for summary execution.
And NO.....I am not anti cop...I am anti-idiot.
I hope that trigger happy nose picking goober of a trooper does some serious prison time. A$$hole exemplified.

I'm with you. The victim was dense for exiting his vehicle and thinking the trooper could communicate in sign language. But last time I checked, being scared and stupid was not an executionable offense.
I'm wondering if all the animosity which Soros, Obama, BLM and company have been stirring up between citizens and law enforcement might have been a contributing factor.

Exiting your vehicle, especially when youre confused and not thinking straight is no grounds for summary execution. Exactly. Neither is motioning with empty hands grounds to shoot someone dead.
