Honestly I don't remember her being President Bush's first Secretary of treasury.

It's obviously that she is a RINO and if she votes for Hillary Rotten Clinton, than she needs to change her party affiliation and register as a demonrat

BTW I did a search and could not find anything that she served as President George W. Bush's first Secretary of Treasury. The only one that I found who served as his first secretary of treasury was Paul O'Neil who served from 2001 to 2002.
