Of course she does. All politicians are obsessive about about documenting their communications so they can craft excuses and blame others. Its all about protecting themselves. That’s what they do.
That politicians are the lowest form of human life does not even begin to describe the Clintons.
The purpose of the federal records act is to preserve records for we, the people to view.
So naturally, our overlords made the law useless - it only applies to employees of the government. In other words, she became safe from prosecution the day she left as SOS. Neat quirk of the law, huh?
However, it certainly appears that her attorneys who ‘sorted’ the emails violated a judge’s order...and Hillary violated the judge’s order, to turn over work related e-mails. That is also a crime - a crime she won’t be prosecuted for, I’m sure.
Now if any of these emails have information that is considered confidential or secret, well that is a violation of the espionage act. Hmmm...I wonder which emails her lawyers would accidentally on purpose delete? Probably emails with secret info - we shall see when they are released.
I wonder how often a day goes by, in which HRC doesn’t break the law.
She’ll be dead before they finish “slow walking” this thing.

Actually, the timetable leading up to election day is going fine with me....dragging her woes out day-by-day till it's too late to plug in Plugs is perfect, and the timing is just right for the judge's orders for her to produce written answers (lies) to Judicial Watch in September, about a month before election day.
