Trump should wear a receiver jamming lapel pin Rather than just simple jamming, an intrusion into her net would be more damaging. Feed her nonsense phrases for her to repeat.
Of course doing so to a US person would be a violation of USSID 18, but if caught the operator could just claim a careless not deliberate violation.
