Ian Drury and the Blockheads also did “Reasons to be Cheerful” and “Hit Me with Your Rhythm Sticks”.
Sex and drugs and rock&roll aren’t the problems with libs. It’s them trying to force everybody to follow their rules for SDR&R.
I saw Ian Drury and the Blockheads live and in concert back in about 1978 or 1977. They were the warm up band for Lou Reed. Ian was a goofy lovable type of perv on stage. Wake up and make love to me was one of his songs. The Atlanta Art Museum Fine Arts Auditorium. A reasonably interesting concert.
