Only three reasons a Def loses lawyer in a criminal case:

#1: "Mr. Green fails too appear" (no money) (NOT the cause in this case.)

#2: Def is SO guilty but won't take a plea Lawyer knows it and doesn't want to be seen losing a high-profile case.

#3: Lawyer or Def die.

Guess which one it is in this case?

Probably option #2. in my very uneducated opinion about the law. Perhaps brother Bill is indeed guilty of these (consensual) actions. He would be wise to settle, bleed some more financially, and move on with what remains of his life as an ostracized, elderly, now three quarters blind former performer.

However, the same self confidence and rock solid ego that made Bill Cosby a household name and thought to be impervious to any negative thinking, may not allow him to stop fighting. I feel sorry for him, in that many of these actions described were consensual, and the women must have be aware of the situation they had placed themselves in.

Definitely #2. Cosby admitted to doing this while testifying in a civil case. He was given immunity in exchange for that testimony and it was agreed it would be sealed. Now the DA has unsealed it and reneged on the immunity and a judge upheld that. Dirty pool if you ask me, not because I shed any tears for Cosby but it's a terrible precedent.

That said, the guy said on the record and under oath that he did this stuff and a judge said it's admissible. He can't win.

Presley is a female and maybe didn’t like the drinks he poured for her or that taste in her mouth after her nap?

I guess Cosby offering to discuss his case over drinks at his place wasn’t such a hot idea after all.
