Plus are you saying the Illinois bar is sooooo ethical they wouldn’t substitute inactive for surrendered?
Actually bars are very ethical. Not sure about Illinois, though. Anyway, there is no reason to believe their law licenses are suspended.
Not sure if it’s allowed to use Illinois and ethical in the same sentence.
