Save the time, effort and expense of "extreme vetting." Just stop any immigration from any muslim nation. No more of them! Enough is enough. And send the ones already here back to whatever weird backward pseudo-nation they came from!
In additon, don't even keep a visa office in those nations. Close them all down and recall American personnel assigned there.
