If the Obammie/Clintoon “State Department” is going to turn them over, there’s nothing in them but funky yoga positions and news about Chelsea’s wedding shoes.
Did the judge every rule on forcing Clinton to give testimony to Judicial watch?
Now that JW is going to get the emails, there is no need for her to testify.
My guess is that State decided it was better just to turn them over rather than have Illary deposed.

I’m not sure I agree with that. Her testimony authenticates the emails and she can testify about the contents. I suspect both would be relevant to the lawsuit JW has brought.
I think what they’re hoping to achieve is to delay the possibility of her being deposed until after the election.
Hopefully we won’t need to depose her after the election.
