They already have a “mileage tax” in the form of gasoline tax. Why does the state need to go any further into this realm, recording mileage and/or tracking your every move? Its a power play not a revenue game. If they wanted more revenues per mile, they could just raise the gasoline tax.
I wouldn’t expect Pennsylvania to do the same. In PA it’s official stance that no one exists outside of Philly, Harrisburg and Pitt.
And if by some chance that people DO exist out there, they are uneducated, cross-bred hillbillies who support Trump.
