Exactly how does a partial name that is not confirmed as being real and a screwed up photo, “clear up any misconceptions”. Because that is SOP here! The perp / the victims are NEVER identified by full name. Their pictures are ALWAYS pixelated.
As to confirmation:
the police released the name
the mayor of the town the kid was born and raised in knows him
his father is a teacher in the town
the paper knows the name - BUT - it is against the law to publish it!

the paper knows the name - BUT - it is against the law to publish it! But not against the law for a non-Swiss paper to get the name and publish it.
