Why is McCain left out of these discussions.
McCain was the first "boots on the ground" handing out door prizes of American made arms and tracs.
I am sure his side kick Graham was not far away but there are not pictures of him but rest assured, where McCain goes, Graham is nearby sucking up the O2.
