It’s not trading land for peace. It’s separation to allow each side to control their own territory as they see fit. It’s like a divorce, where the property is split up and the wive and husband go their separate way.

Anybody who wants to start a war/riot/insurrection over it gets shot down dead in the street (or wherever) like the rabid dogs they are.
