And the LIBTARD Mayor of, ‘The People’s Republik of Madistan,’ PAUL SOGLIN (He’s the Wisconsin Recycled Hippie version of Jerry Moonbeam in CA!) is...

...Wait for it....
...Wait for it...

...FINING the local homeless panhandlers $100.00 each time the cops see them panhandling at major intersections around the city!

Wonder if I should send this idea on to Hizzonner? LOL! *SNORT* He’d have a hundred reasons why an honest, PRODUCTIVE way to spend your day at $9 an hour, a FREE LUNCH plus a hot and a cot at the end of it all could not possibly work out for our homeless grifters!

SUCH Liberal COMPASSION, that guy! *SPIT*

Socialism IS a Mental Disorder!

Diana, Soglin couldn’t understand what you mentioned. He’s part of the choom gang. Probably stoned right now.

FWIW, The term, 'Moonbeam' was coined by none other than George HW Bush, the same one who called Reagan's economic policy, 'Voodoo Economics'.

Personally, I wouldn't want to parrot anything vomited out by a Bush especially one who promised 'Read My Lips. Know New Taxes', but that's just me.

I’m kinda shocked that the Mayor thinks he can pry a hundred bucks out of homeless panhandlers. For the mayor of Albuquerque he is fortunate to have a non-profit willing to do what they can. I just wonder what his success rate is and can the program be sustained. It isn’t easy or cheap providing for those seemingly unwilling or unable to provide for themselves, and in the case of panhandlers, some would take a pay cut if they were to be “on the job”. Maybe I too need some of dp0622’s free optimism.
