In the last 80 years we’ve only had 3 normal ones. So what is normal?

Recently I had blood work done and everything was fine except my Vitamin D was low. But my doctor said "but that's okay, everyone's is low." If everyone's is low, than why is "normal" set at an abnormally high level? Hmmm?

Vitamin D is cheap. Take a 5000iu pill a day. Does wonders at scaring away illness too.
