IRS reform is easy. Kill the IRS along with the Dept of Ed, Dept. of Energy, and a couple others. Kill the income tax. Tell the Treasury to print what the gummint needs.

My comment was about audits and prosecutions for fraud, not about reform. Though I agree with you about killing the IRS — after it cleans house on the criminals.
