A smart white person would do exactly this: advertise for three roommates, liberal POCS ONLY!!
Because a handful of conservative whites will undoubtedly contact them to challenge them. Those are the ones you "reluctantly" give in to and take on as roommates.

Good luck doing the same thing if you’re white. Yeah, you'd need it. Instead you'd have to make up some PC-acceptable fairy tale about the person. e.g, "Loud music (can't say rap) late at night."
