Sen. John Cornyn is stepping up pressure on Attorney General Loretta Lynch to respond to reports that the Department of Justice ignored an FBI request to investigate the Clinton Foundation.
Cornyn sent a letter to Lynch on Friday with a series of questions stemming from a CNN report this week that FBI officers approached the Justice Department earlier this year about opening a case regarding the relationship between the State Department and the Clinton Foundation.
The Justice Department declined to investigate, according to the report, because it had already looked into similar allegations and found there was not sufficient evidence to open a case.
But the senior Texas Republican senator points out in his letter that Lynch did follow FBI Director James Comey’s recommendation in July not to press charges on Hillary Clinton over her use of a private email server.

With $500K for Bill’s speech and the passing of 20% of the US’s uranium supply to the Russians, there is obviously no linkage and so case closed. Lynch and her Mob are awaiting the Ascension to get in on the $Action$.
“No controlling legal authority.” The appearance of impropriety is just that: an appearance that is to be avoided, but who cares when there are no consequences.
And while he is on it why not asking how the investigation on whether or not Hillary lied to Congress is nearing completion. Can’t be that hard, can it. Everything is on video.

I am highly doubtful of a Trump win. I noticed that Paul Ryan got re-elected, 85% to Nehlen’s 15%. Someone tell me this election wasn’t rigged. Just try and convince me of that, NOT!!!..
