Despite their best efforts, the Cowboys' helmets will not feature a decal supporting Dallas police officers this season.

According to Brandon George of the Dallas Morning News, the NFL denied the team's request for permission to include a decal reading "Arm In Arm" on their lids for the upcoming season. That decal, which the team has been wearing on its helmets during training camp, is in support of Dallas Police and the officers killed in July's sniper attack.

At least the Cowboys got it right.

Typically, the NFL gets it wrong. Just kill the sport, you friggin’ morons.

The NFL is run by scum.

Remember, the commissioner is the son of the one-time appointed liberal Senator from New York, and his wife is the daughter of a Bush Cabinet member.

The NFL didn’t seem to mind when some of the Rams did their “Hands Up, Don’t Shoot” protest.

They should just wear them anyway. Fines are tax deductible.

Ya, here in St. Louis, members of the Rams came out with that whole debunked hands up, don’t shoot mess.

Cowboys are a class act for trying to do what they are.

Team Trump, tell Cowboys to DO IT ANYWAY for the 1st home opener, and offer to pay the fine.

In recent years, “class act” and Cowboys haven’t gone together very well. Glad they did this.

The NFL didn’t seem to mind when some of the Rams did their “Hands Up, Don’t Shoot” protest.

And there's the nub of the matter. The NFL has essentially admitted the league is filled with BLM d-bags and they couldn't antagonize them.

“NFL denies Cowboys’ request to wear helmet decal honoring Dallas police”

I would have been surprised if the NFL had honored the police. The NFL did honor the U.S. military when they were paid big bucks to do so.

Wont be anytime soon, since we had one in 2011. I say do it anyway. The fans will support him more than the NFL can bring in rev from one more Super Bowl.
