That program includes class work, on-site visits and facility tours and is meant to “develop future leaders through well informed and civically engaged residents,” according to the website.
I am not commenting on what happened below, just the waste of such a program in the first place.
This is more than likely liberal classes/programs.
Put citizens in the path of danger to make it easier for cops.
Disarm the citizens is an added bonus.
