Nope.
In August of 1914, in the early days of the Great War, one of the French commanders ordered one of his units to march to a certain place by a certain time to stop the German advance. The commander of that unit replied that his troops couldn't possibly do that because they were exhausted. The response was "If they don't get there by that time the Germans will take Paris".
They got there by that time and stopped the Germans.
Trump is this country's last chance to slow down those who want most of us dead, the rest in chains.
There is no "preserve our forces to fight another day" - this is the end of the line.
